At Antvorskov care center they have 5 information screens from dnp Visiosign. The screens are used by the care center’s 60 residents and the many visitors.

The info screens help important information to be remembered

The information screens are aimed at visitors, residents and guests. The screens replace traditional notice boards. A traditional bulletin board quickly becomes crammed with posts, and that’s a problem. Distributed leaflets with information to residents and relatives are also not optimal, as they often disappear.

“The screens provide information and remind both the employees and residents of the care center of important information”.

The screens work well for the elderly residents, as several of them have poor memories and thus find it difficult to remember the various arrangements. The screens also work well for the visitors, who can therefore be sure of getting the important information.

Antvorskov Care Center is also very excited about the visual possibilities the screens give them. There are always beautiful seasonal pictures on the screens, which the older people are excited about.

“It is important to have visual expressions in a place like a care centre. The pictures really help the elderly to remember what happened, but also function to a large extent as an after-experience”.

Therefore, pictures from the events are also posted, which remind residents of pleasant moments. Residents come past the screens to see pictures from events held. The pictures not only help to start a conversation between the residents, but also between the residents and the visitors.
