We offer both a Start kit and the option to flexibly purchase exactly the guidance, workshops, inspiration and courses, project management that is needed. We help with design, development of customized solutions and upgrade users’ skills. We also help with installation and assembly.
Start kits
Our Start kits make it easy to get started, develop an existing solution or implement a more complex solution. We have five Start kits.
The kit ensures the correct configuration and integration of calendar and meeting data on the booking screens. The kit contains:

Inspiration and courses
We have 20 years of experience with screen-based digital solutions and communication. Alongside this, we offer a number of courses to those who use our system. They are always specially adapted to the needs of the user and the company. Every year we invite customers to a number of exciting events and seminars with a focus on specific topics. It can be about inspiration to use information screens, use of images and video or about creating job satisfaction with information screens.
Consultancy and project management
We have a number of skilled consultants and project managers. The consultants are available and can help, inspire and guide. It can be in connection with the digital design of buildings, integration of data, re-design of the organisation’s screens or campaigns about good internal communication. Do not hesitate to contact us.
Design
We are happy to help you with all kinds of graphic design for screens. We advise you on everything from logos, screen design, visual identity and graphic setup. All solutions include setting up the screen’s content according to the standard design line adapted with the organization’s own logo, colors and fonts. It is also possible to purchase a unique design for all solutions. Together, we draw up a plan for how the content of the screens should look – here only the imagination sets the limits.
Assembly and installation
Our skilled technicians are ready to help with assembly, installation and connection. This ensures that the screens are placed well and safely in the building. Good installation is important for the visual expression and for the technique to operate optimally.
Workshops and teaching
We have a number of skilled trainers and consultants who have many years of experience in teaching and training users of our system. All dnp Visiosign’s courses are specially adapted to the individual customer’s wishes and needs.
Online courses have very different content. They are typically targeted at users who have specific needs to be guided through the start-up or expansion of their solutions. All online courses are specially designed and the content is tailored to your wishes and needs. Online courses take up to two hours and may include, for example:
- Same content as a User course – adapted online teaching
- Same content as session course adapted to online teaching
- Great pictures and video on your screen
- Campaigns that work and communication with meaning
- Inspiration for content on your screens
- Technical upgrade or new skills on Visiosign Cloud
At an inspiration and start-up workshop, a number of key decision makers (1-6 participants) from the organization get the necessary knowledge. At the workshop, a consultant from dnp Visiosign will outline your solution together with you. The workshop will be held at our place in Birkerød or at your place. It lasts up to two hours and contains:
- Inspiration on the use of relevant Visiosign Solutions
- Approval of design based on drafts made by dnp Visiosign
- How you get started with your solution
- Help to incorporate the solution into an organization’s communication strategy
- Outline of structure that reflects the organization in Visiosign Cloud
- Inspiration for naming that reflects the organization’s structure
- Discussion of requests for special integrations (SharePoint, SoME or other.)
We offer courses for the employees who will use our system the most (smaller teams). The course is adapted to the needs of the participants. It is often carried out close to installation day and only after design and users are created. The course is held at dnp Visiosign in Birkerød or at your place. It lasts up to three hours and includes:
- Thorough introduction to Visiosign Cloud and the system’s functionality
- Demonstration of the specific solution structure
- Inspiration for content on the screen
- Advice on good practices and structured use of the solution
- Exercises specially adapted to the needs of the participants
- Delivery of manual
The course has been specially developed for customers who want to start using their new sessions. The course will both introduce the many smart and simple solutions sessions offer, as well as give tips and tricks for professional meetings. The course takes place in small groups of up to six people and is held at the customer’s premises when the sessions have been installed. The course contains:
- Introduction to your new session
- Thorough demonstration of all built-in functions
- Introduction to the control panel and automatic updating of meeting data
- Inspiration for how sessions provide good meetings without technical problems
- The good meeting: Tips and tricks for professional meetings
