Optimize the use of premises and meeting rooms and get an overview with LED
dnp Visiosign’s popular booking screens come in three variants: 7” Lux, 10” Classic and 10” Lux. The small screens are placed at the door of a room or meeting room and show current meetings and activities. Lux screens have LED lights on the sides of the screen that show busy/free with red/green light. It is thus possible to see whether rooms at the other end of a corridor are available.
Show data from the calendar, schedule and bookings
Booking screens show information directly from the calendar, schedule or booking system used in the organisation. In collaboration with dnp Visiosign, a beautiful design is prepared for the display. The display can contain current and upcoming bookings incl. start and end time, subject, description and booker as desired.
Book directly on the screen
It is possible to purchase additional bookings on the screens. It allows booking a free room directly on the screen or extending an existing meeting. It provides flexibility when ad-hoc meetings or changes occur. The booking function also allows: Confirm booking and cancel/extend ongoing meeting.
